1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from Lamb Enterprise, Inc.  (“we”, “us”, “our”), including:

  • Online courses or programs

  • Live group or one-on-one consulting sessions

  • Subscription-based financial education services

By purchasing our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our goal is to provide high-quality financial education, consulting, and resources to help you enhance your credit, establish business credit, and build a strong financial foundation for the future.

2. California Laws & Consumer Rights

We comply with applicable California consumer protection laws, including:

  • Automatic Renewal Law (ARL): For subscription services, we will obtain your affirmative consent before charging you for renewals and provide clear instructions on how to cancel.

  • Educational Program Refunds: If applicable, under California Education Code §§â€¯94919–94922, students may cancel within the first class session or the 7th day after enrollment (whichever is later) for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 45 days of an approved cancellation request, in accordance with California regulations.

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

  • Full refund: Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of purchase or by the first class/session, whichever is later, if the Service has not been substantially used.

  • Partial refund: If portions of the Service have been delivered (e.g., attended sessions, accessed content), refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion.

  • No refund: If more than 60% of the Service has been delivered or completed, no refund will be issued.

4. Full vs. Partial Refunds; Non‑Refundable Fees

  • Full Refunds: The total amount paid, minus any disclosed non-refundable fees.

  • Partial Refunds: Pro-rated based on unused portions of the Service.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Registration, enrollment, administrative, or processing fees are non-refundable and will be disclosed upfront.

5. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are granted when:

  • You submit a written cancellation or withdrawal request via email or through your account portal.

  • The request meets the timeframe and usage thresholds outlined above.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Missed sessions or unused content without written notice

  • Services that have been substantially completed

  • Fees disclosed as non-refundable

6. How to Request a Refund

Submit a written refund request to [info@lambenterprises.org], including:

  • Full name

  • Order or enrollment number

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for cancellation

7. Timing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 45 calendar days and issued to the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Subscription & Ongoing Services

For recurring billing or subscription services:

  • Renewal terms and fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase

  • Affirmative consent is required for automatic renewals

  • You may cancel anytime using the same method you used to sign up

9. Disclosures

  • All non-refundable fees, refund eligibility conditions, and cancellation methods are disclosed before purchase.

  • If a third party is involved in payment, refunds will comply with applicable laws and agreements.

10. Your Rights

Certain rights under California law cannot be waived. If you believe your refund rights have not been honored, you may contact the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (if applicable) or another relevant consumer protection agency.
