3. Payment and Billing

  • Fees for Services are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy below.

  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes or transaction fees.

4. Changes to Services

  • Lamb Enterprise, Inc. may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.

  • Service offerings, pricing, and availability may change due to business decisions, regulatory requirements, or other factors.

5. Refund Policy

Timeframe for Refund Requests

  • Full refund: Must be requested in writing within 7 calendar days of purchase or by the first class/session, whichever is later, if the Service has not been substantially used.

  • Partial refund: Pro-rated based on unused portions of Service.

  • No refund: If more than 60% of the Service has been completed.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration, enrollment, administrative, or processing fees are non-refundable and disclosed upfront.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are granted when:

  • You submit a written request via email or portal.

  • The request falls within the eligibility timeframe.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Missed sessions or unused content without written notice

  • Services substantially completed

  • Non-refundable fees

Timing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 45 calendar days to the original payment method.

Subscription Services

  • Renewal terms and fees will be disclosed prior to purchase.

  • Affirmative consent is required for auto-renewals.

  • You may cancel at any time using the same method you used to subscribe.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Services are provided for educational purposes and do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

  • Provided “as-is” and “as available”.

  • Lamb Enterprise, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  • Your use of Services is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including text, graphics, videos, course materials, and software, is the property of Lamb Enterprise, Inc. or its licensors.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify materials without written permission.

  • Unauthorized use of our trademarks or brand elements is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Lamb Enterprise, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Direct liability is limited to the amount paid for Services.

  • We are not responsible for errors, interruptions, or delays beyond our reasonable control.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating Terms, illegal activity, or misuse.

  • Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay for Services rendered prior to termination.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

  • Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County], California.
